Following attending the celebration of life event of one of our founding members, Andrew Neely, niece Rebecca was inspired to help raise funds for ThymicUK.

She had already been planning the three peaks challenge in aid of charity and committed to making the first climb, Scafell Pike, in aid of ThymicUK.

In Becca’s words: “Andrew was an amazing, kind and caring person who would do anything for anyone.”

Along her husband Simon, sister Kerry and Andrews sister Gillian they climbed the 978m mountain range on 30th April 2022.  No small feat considering none of them are particularly familiar with a mountain climb.

They raised an incredible £710 in total.
